Empleo del estuche GENVINSET HLA Celiac, en el equipo Cobas z 480 para la detección de las moléculas HLA DQ

Objetivo: Definir un procedimiento de uso para el estuche GENVINSET HLA CELIAC (Blackhills Diagnostic Resources) en el equipo Cobas z 480 (Roche), para la determinación de los alelos del HLA clase II HLA-DQ2 (DQB1*02 y DQA1*05) y/o HLA-DQ8 (DQB1*03:02), importante herramienta para el diagnóstico de celiaquÃa.
Métodos: Se identificaron tres muestras de ADN como controles, las cuales se tipificaron previamente con el sistema de baja resolución Olerup SSP® HLA-A-B-DR-DQ y de alta resolución Olerup SSP® DQB1*03. Se analizaron 33 muestras de ADN de individuos con diagnóstico probable de celiaquÃa, basado en resultados histológicos obtenidos a partir de una biopsia de intestino delgado.
Resultados: De las 33 muestras analizadas, 23 resultaron positivas para algún alelo HLA-DQ y 10 fueron negativas. El análisis de la frecuencia de los alelos HLA-DQ mostró un predominio de los alelos HLA-DQB1*02 (52%), seguido de la combinación HLA-DQB1*02/DQA1*05 (9%) y HLA-DQB1*03:02 (9%).
Conclusión: El estuche comercial GenVinSet HLA CELIAC (BDR) es compatible con el equipo Cobas z 480 (Roche).
